Meet Jacqueline Brun, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Jacqueline is a warm, compassionate Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) intern therapist who creates a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment.
She works with teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, low self-esteem, emotional regulation, life transitions, and relationship concerns. Jacqueline also has a special interest in supporting athletes facing performance pressure, perfectionism, confidence struggles, fear, and mental blocks.
Her approach is holistic, trauma-informed, attachment-based, integrative, and person-centred. She draws from CBT, EFT, ACT, SFBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and somatic approaches, allowing therapy to be shaped around your needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.
For couples and partners experiencing recurring conflict, emotional distance, or difficulty feeling heard, Jacqueline offers a supportive space to slow things down, understand underlying needs, and work toward healthier communication and connection.
Jacqueline provides individual therapy, teen therapy, couples therapy, and marriage counselling in Mississauga, Georgetown, and Milton, with online therapy available across Ontario. Reduced-cost therapy options are also available.
If you have been thinking about starting therapy but are unsure where to begin, Jacqueline would be happy to meet you where you are and explore whether working together feels like the right fit.
