Joseph’s therapeutic framework is largely informed by evidence-based modalities, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and emotional? You may be wondering what is going on with your body and your mind and you do not know how to navigate it. I understand that this is difficult to deal with, especially on your own. Do you sometimes feel alone, or not understood with your partner? Is intimacy a concern for the both of you? I can understand how this may impact your relationship. I can imagine that you would like someone to listen to your concerns, your story and hear you out.

As a therapist, my goal is to take a trauma-informed approach and utilize a variety of modalities to help children, teenage, partners, adults, and couples. Our sessions will be uniquely created to benefit your well-being and to help you reach your goals. I want to be here for you on your healing journey.

I know it is difficult to start, but my hope is that I can be here with you throughout the process and assist with your emotions, challenges, and overall desired outcomes and goals.

I work with a variety of clients, ranging from children, teens, and adults, that are experiencing relationship issues, anger, grief, anxiety, trauma, depression, body image, and self-esteem concerns.
