Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and emotional? You may be wondering what is going on with your body and your mind and you do not know how to navigate it. I understand that this is difficult to deal with, especially on your own. Do you sometimes feel alone, or not understood with your partner? Is intimacy a concern for the both of you? I can understand how this may impact your relationship. I can imagine that you would like someone to listen to your concerns, your story and hear you out.

As a therapist, my goal is to take a trauma-informed approach and utilize a variety of modalities to help children, teenage, partners, adults, and couples.
